Shri Ramesh Panse (Founder Trustee)

An acknowledged authority on Early Childhood Education, Prof. Panse started out as a professor in Economics in S.N.D.T. University. He was inducted into the lives of the tribals of Thane district by late (Padmashree) Anutai wagh, the intrepid educationist and social worker, in 1982. Ever since, Prof Panse has dedicated his life to tribal development. In time, he and his colleagues at Gram-Mangal narrowed their focus to pre-school and elementary education. His vision is to improve the quality of Early Childhood Education (ECE) throughout the country, by transforming the philosophy, methodology, implementation and evaluation of all stakeholders. Prof Panse has been very fortunate to have around him a dedicated and like-minded group of young associates.

An architect of great repute, Mr. Deole has been a pillar of incomparable strength. His contribution to the society in general is massive and largely unseen. Gram-Mangal is merely an extension of his family of philanthropic interests.
