During their initial years, children build on their experiences to enrich their own learning process. A child ought to be collecting a treasure trove of experiences, both at home and in the surroundings. She is thus able to blossom out naturally in the any situation with independence. For achieving its progress, their learning atmosphere and its home should ideally blend harmoniously. The entire home should continue learning and her learning place should become the second home. Learning thus becomes a natural process .
That is the starting point for the conception of a ‘Learning Home’.

The main objectives of a 'learning home' are:
  A home should transform itself into a store house of learning opportunities
 
The entire household should be involved in the process of learning.
 
Children should be able to grow with confidence, with the ability to take decisions, solving problems and developing scientific approach.
 
They should learn to sensitive to their immediate environments, develop all the values to become good citizens and imbibe social responsibilities.
 
To enable children master the abilities implied in the curriculum and become sensitive to arts, aesthetics, literature and languages and learn to enjoy them.
 
Conscious efforts from parents can make the entire learning process effective.
 
Education is not merely to become literate, but to learning how to live and learning to learning
 
Education should be meaningful to life
 
Learning years should be spent in the inert search for musical, linguistic, mathematical, physical as well as internal and environmental intelligence
